This Terms of Use Agreement is made between Matriland.com (referred to in the text below as "Site", "Company") and the user of this site ("You", "User", "Registered User", "Visitor") regarding communication with other Users and other services offered by Matriland.com (the "Service"). By clicking the "Create Account" button in the Registration section, You indicate the acceptance of all terms and conditions of this Convention and the registration on Matriland.com.

1. Eligibility. By registering on Matriland.com, You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Using Matriland.com, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and ability to be party to this Convention and comply with all terms and conditions of this Convention. It is forbidden to transfer in any way your account. to another person or entity.
2. Term. This Convention shall remain in force as long as You use Matriland.com and / or You are a Registered User with Matriland.com. You may cease to be a Registered User at any time without notifying Matriland.com. If you choose to delete your account, any materials You upload to Matriland.com (personal information, photos, messages to other Users, or to Matriland.com) will be deleted from the Matriland.com server. Amounts paid for unspent credits and other services will not be refunded.
Matriland.com may suspend your account anytime, with or without reason, without giving any explanations or justifications. If your account has been permanently suspended for breach of the terms and conditions of this Convention, the amounts paid for unspent credits and other services will not be refunded.
Credits or other purchased services do not expire. This provision may be changed in the future.
3. Non-commercial use. Matriland.com is only for personal use. It is forbidden to use Matriland.com for any commercial activity. Companies, organizations, companies and / or other legal entities may not become Registered Users and may not use this Site for any purpose whatsoever. Illicit and / or unauthorized use of this Site, including the collection of User Names and other personal information, by any means, will be investigated. Matriland.com reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including, but not limited to, civil, criminal, and indirect actions. You represent and warrant that you will not create any kind of databases, sites, applications, software, legal entities or services in competition with Matriland.com. You represent and warrant that you will not use Matriland.com for commercial purposes, and / or you will not send or receive any sums of money through Matriland.com, and / or you will not create false accounts. You represent and warrant that you will not be paid to use Matriland.com. These activities will be investigated, your account may be suspended and Matriland.com may take appropriate legal action, including, but not limited to, civil, criminal, and indirect actions.
4. Proprietary Rights in Content. Matriland.com owns all intellectual property rights in the content of this Site. These rights include but are not limited to: database rights, copyright, design (registered or not), patents, trademarks (registered or otherwise) and other similar rights, wherever existing in the world, together with the right to request their protection for Matriland.com. Except for the information that is in the public domain or for which you have received written permission, such protected information may not be copied, modified, published, transmitted, distributed, executed, displayed or sold.
5. Content posted at Matriland.com.
a. You understand and agree that Matriland.com may, at its own discretion, store for review and delete any content, messages, photos, videos, audio / video calls or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgement of Matriland.com violate this Convention, or which may be offensive, illegal, or that may violate the rights, cause injury or threaten the safety of other Users or third parties. You understand and agree that the pictures you upload must be approved by Matriland.com before they can appear on your profile. Approval of pictures may take up to 24 hours. The length of this process may change in the future. Matriland.com does not provide justifications or explanations for rejecting pictures. You will be able to see the rejected pictures for a few days nefore they are automatically deleted.
b. You are solely responsible for the Content that You publish or display (hereinafter, "post") via the Website/ Application, or transmit to other Members.
By posting Content to any area of the Site You automatically grant, represent and warrant that You have the right to grant to Matriland.com an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.
d. The following is a partial list of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. Matriland.com reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action at its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision including without limitation removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the membership of such violators. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to, Content that:
- promotes violence, racism, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual
- harasses or advocates harassment of another person
- engages in commercial activities and/or sales without Matriland.com prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes, or involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming"
- promotes information that You know is defamatory, false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous
- promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture installed copyright protected devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files
- displays inappropriate Content or material (involving, for example, nudity, bestiality, pornography, graphic violence, or criminal activity)
- provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18
- provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someoneŠ²'s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses
- solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users
e. You must use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
f. You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Users and/or Registered Users to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Users. Although Matriland.com cannot monitor the conduct of its Users off the Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any User without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect its Users from such advertising or solicitation, matriland.com reserves the right to restrict the number of messages which a User may send to other Users in any 24-hour period to a number which Matriland.com deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
g. You are prohibited from sending emails or other messages on behalf of this Site (

6. Co-registration. By becoming a Registered User, You agree that you might be registered on Matriland.com partners websites. By using their services you agree with Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other regulations, published on their websites.
7. Copyright Policy. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

Users can delete their account at any time. In this case, the amounts paid for unspent credits and other services are not refunded.
11. Cost of Services. For now, Matriland.com is completely free. In the near future, Users will have to buy credits if they want to send digital flowers to other Users. The credit price will be displayed on the Site. Other paid services and the introduction of a monthly subscription are also possible.
12. Limitation of Liability. In no event will matriland.com be liable to You or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from Your use of the Site or the Service, as well as damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute Services or Service interruptions, even if Matriland.com knows or has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Matriland.com is not responsible for any expenses that you may have related to communicating with Users and Visitors on our site but outside of using our services our services (including, but not limited to expenses related to travel, deliveries, meetings etc.). Those expenses are your own responsibility.
13. Indemnity. 14. External links. Matriland.com contains links to other sites. Matriland. com is not reponsible for the content changes on those sites or their malfanctioning.
15. Other provisions. If Matriland.com finds that a User engages in unlawful activities, encourages participation in illegal activities, describes in the posted material past participation in illegal activities or plans for future illegal activities, as well as in other cases where Matriland.com, at its sole discretion, deems it appropriate, law enforcement authorities will be contacted and supported in investigations.
This Convention, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Registered User of the Service, contains the entire Agreement between You and Matriland.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Convention is held invalid, the remainder of this Convention shall continue in full force and effect.
